Governing law and jurisdiction

You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary, or if it cannot be read down, severed, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No waiver. A failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy is not a waiver of that right or remedy.
Entire agreement. These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices or disclaimers on our websites, contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of our websites and supersede any prior representations or understandings.
